Ingredients
  • 4 cups Rhubarb chopped
  • 4 each Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the rhubarb and garlic on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20 minutes.
  3. In a food processor or blender blend the roasted rhubarb with the water, brown sugar, chili powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
  4. Once smooth, place the rhubarb mixture in a sauce pan and add the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook until desired consistency, about 15 minutes or so.
  6. Cool and enjoy.
