Wedding Cakes

Whether it’s a Wedding or Anniversary we can make you a custom cake for the occasion.
Each cake and filling is made from scratch using farm fresh ingredients (as best we can, I have yet to grow cocoa and coffee).

Both the Butter creme, Crème Mousse can be flavored or left as an elegant vanilla. These icings make wonderful fillings as well.
Decorating options are limited with the mousse.

Decorations
We are happy to incorporate  any special ribbons, flowers (fresh or silk), toppers or other decorations you provide.
Ribbon that does NOT contain wire looks much nicer.

Cake Stand
We do have a stands available for rent for a fee  plus a deposit that will be returned upon the return of the stand. Deposits will not be returned if the stand is damaged.

Cake Table
We will set up your cake at the reception hall. 
Please have any cake topper, flowers or other decorations you would like used at this table there upon delivery.

Cake Pricing 
Cakes are priced per serving starting at
$3 per serving for Butter creme
$3 per serving for Creme Mousse
$4 per serving for Fondant
$.50 per serving for fillings
Prices will vary depending on if a filling beyond the icing will be added and the complexity of the icing decoration.
1/2 sheet cakes are $50 and are not filled.
Standard size cupcakes start at $2 each and mini’s are $1 each. Cupcake prices may vary depending on the complexity of the desired decoration, and optional filling.

Cake Stand
Cake Stand Rental- $15 rental fee. Security deposit will vary based on the stand chosen. Deposit will be returned when the stand is returned in good condition.

Delivery
Delivery inside of the Bemidji city limits is a minimum of $25 and may vary due to distance outside of Bemidji city limits.

Deposit
A deposit of half of the orders total is required upon placing the order and is refundable until 1 month prior to the event. 
**Cancellations within 1 month of the due date will not be refunded.

Truffles – Truffles are made with Swiss Chocolate, Cream, and Liqueurs. They are a great addition to a dessert buffet, as a center piece on tables or boxed as 2 or 4 pieces for guest gifts.

Bon-Bons– Beautifully shined chocolate shells in white, milk or dark chocolate and filled with soft truffle cremes, or caramel.
~
Petite Fours – These delightful little cakes are three layers of dense almond cake and raspberry preserves, then enrobed in tempered dark or white chocolate.
~
Individual Mousse Dessert–  Starting with a thin layer of sponge cake, topped with a flavored mousse and enrobed with chocolate ganache.
Flavors include but are not limited to: Chocolate, Raspberry, Caramel, Mint, Lemon, French Vanilla, Bailey’s Irish Creme, Mocha, and more.
*Planning ahead- these must be refrigerated until your event begins.*

Tartes– Each tarte is made with a shortbread shell, lined with white or dark chocolate and filled with your desired choice of filling. These can be made as mini’s, individuals, 7 inch and 10 inch rounds.
Flavors include but are not limited to: Salted Caramel, Turtle, Bourbon Pecan, Raspberry Truffle, French Lemon, Fresh Fruit, Raspberry Montrachet and more.

** Scones and mini tartes must be ordered with a minimum of 6 per flavor.
