Recipes Rhubarb Barbecue Sauce May 31, 2017 No Comments Rhubarb Barbecue Sauce Print Recipe Servings 1 pint Servings 1 pint Rhubarb Barbecue Sauce Print Recipe Servings 1 pint Servings 1 pint Ingredients 4 cups Rhubarb chopped 4 each Garlic cloves chopped 1 cup Water 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1/3 cup Ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 4 tsp Chili Powder 1/4 tsp Cinnamon pinch Cayenne Pepper to taste Salt and Pepper Servings: pint Instructions Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the rhubarb and garlic on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20 minutes. In a food processor or blender blend the roasted rhubarb with the water, brown sugar, chili powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Once smooth, place the rhubarb mixture in a sauce pan and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook until desired consistency, about 15 minutes or so. Cool and enjoy.
