I am so excited to bring Travis Wong (master chef, not that he may accept the title), of Basil by Travis Wong to Bemidji!
He will be with us February 17th and 18th teaching his Pasta 101 class.
I can not wait to attend this and hope that you will join us! February 17th at 8am or 18th at 11am. Both classes with be held at Just Dandy.

Join Travis Wong to explore the wonderful world of pasta. This is a hands on course to help you learn the dough making process.
During class Chef Travis will guide you through mixing, kneading and shaping the dough. At the end you will take home roughly 1 pound of fresh made noodles. We will talk about proper storage and cooking procedures so you can cook like a pro when you get home.

From Our Farm to Your Table
WildFlower Farm and Bakery is humble little farm just north of Bemidji Minnesota. Home to Mike and Anna Lauer, their five children and a variety of barnyard animals.
This is where Anna has combined her formal profession as a pastry chef and love for farming by creating a bakery in their farmhouse kitchen.
You’ll find heritage wheat, fruits and vegetables growing, fresh eggs in the coop, cows in the meadow and bees in the hives. All share a part in producing some of the ingredients used in the bakery.
We use certified organic grains and source as many other ingredients locally as possible.
