Cooking with Cast Iron

Do you have a cast iron pan that you’d like to cook with but each time you’ve tried it’s been a struggle? Or maybe the OCD care that is expected of you to maintain such a pan has kept you from starting all together. 

Let’s talk about it. Let’s cook with it, clean it and maintain it. 

We are going to cook (and eat) a farm fresh meal together in cast iron!

**Your are welcome to bring your own pan. It can be a rusty mess- there no judgement here. I’ll help you clean it up, if needed.***
