Let’s stretch and fold! The most frustrating thing about stepping up your sourdough game can be working with a wet dough. This class we will do just that and get you comfortable with a new technique. 

This class will last about 4 hours. There will be plenty of time to visit, share recipes, and maybe have a couple mini classes too.

Each student will mix and stretch and fold their own loaf of sourdough bread. They will take it home to rise, form and bake the following day.

***Bring your own bread bowl to take your bread home in.*** 

Students will also get an 18 page PFD filled with notes, tips and recipes as well as a jar of our sourdough starter to get you going on your sourdough journey.
