Organic Seeded Muesli
Muesli is a wonderful breakfast option year round. It can be made as a cooked porridge like oatmeal or made cold as overnight oats.
Our favorite “recipe” is 1/2 cup of milk or yogurt, 1/2 cup of muesli and a handful of frozen berries. Put it all in a jar and in the fridge overnight. In the morning, just open the jar and enjoy!
There’s no added sweetener in our mix. You can choose to sweeten yours with fruits, yogurt, honey, maple syrup or any other of your choice.
