Sourdough Beginner -Hands on class

If you want to learn to make sourdough but aren’t quite sure where to start, start here. 

This class will teach you the basics of sourdough bread making, how to maintain your starter, troubleshooting your bread and more.

Each student will mix and knead their own bread. You will take the dough home in a bamboo proofing basket to continue to raise and bake at home.

Students will also get an 18 page PFD filled with notes, tips and recipes as well as a jar of our sourdough starter to get you going on your sourdough journey.

Class will last about 2 hours
