Sourdough with Whole Grains -Hands on class

In this class we will talk about baking with whole grains and the differences you will encounter when you start using whole grain flour in place of white flour.

Each student will mix and knead their own loaf of Whole Wheat Sourdough bread. They will take it home in a bamboo proofing basket rise and bake the following day. You will also have access to our sourdough class notes PFD and take home a jar of starter so you can continue your baking journey.
